About Your Boudoir Photography Session:

We at Sweetheart Lane Boudoir want to ensure you are comfortable and have time to allow you to be at ease for your boudoir photo session to get the best possible shots for each and every client. Boudoir photography is all about body positivity and generally feeling good about yourself.

Things to Remember:

You do not have to be perfect.
You do not need to conform to anybody else’s notion of beauty.
You must be comfortable in your own skin.
Accept your imperfections as part of what makes you unique.

Boudoir photography is not always about titillation and seduction. It can also be about celebrating female sexuality and appreciating the sensuality of your figure. Celebrate your authentic self. Being sexy is a state of mind. This is not about enticing others to admire you, it is all about you seeing your own beauty again. We have access to professional hairstylists and makeup artists to make sure that you look your best for your session.

Boudoir photography is about finding confidence. No need to be shy, or nervous. This photo session is all about you looking good and taking on the world. We have access to excellent photo labs for printing your keepsakes from your session.

Booking Policy

Retainer Fee

All sessions will require a retainer fee to be paid before the shoot is to be considered booked. Unless otherwise agreed upon, said shoot will not go ahead if the retainer fee is not paid. i.e. The shoot is not considered to be booked.

Balance

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the balance from the session is to be paid at the session. This can be in the form of Cash or E-Transfer.

Extra Purchases

Purchases that occur after the shoot, will be billed before any extra work is done. This means any extra edits or products purchased will be completed once a new invoice has been generated and paid.

Cancellation Policy

These policies apply to all sessions supplied by Sweetheart Lane Boudoir Photography and should be considered before booking a shoot.

Retainer Fee

In the event you have to postpone a session, all fees currently paid will be held for when the shoot does take place. In the event of a cancellation, all fees with exception of your retainer fee will be refunded. Retainer fees are non-refundable and pay for preliminary preparation and arrangements.

Location / 3rd Party Fees

If Sweetheart Lane Boudoir Photography has arranged location or any third party services; any retainer fees, deposits, and/or cancellation fees charged to Sweetheart Lane Boudoir Photography will also be transferred to you. Please not that this is in addition to any retainer fees from Sweetheart Lane Boudoir Photography. In the event that you have postponed the shoot, these same cancellation fees or rebooking fees will also be charged to you.

Previews

Deposits & Payments

Personal / Private Clients

All clients that are getting photos done for personal / private use are required to pay a retainer to officially book the shoot – this is non-refundable. The balance for the shoot is due the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Commercial

Commercial clients are required to pay a retainer to book the shoot. The balance is due 30 days from the invoice – unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to comply will result in late fees charged to the invoice.

All clients must be aware that photos are not delivered until balance is paid in full.
